1. Bumblebees at work. I made a nature documentary to help you connect to our planet Earth, like watching 2000’s David Attenborough on those old thick TV’s.
This is the Bombus Impatiens, the common eastern bumble bee. It’s small fuzzy body roams over flower petals to gather pollen to make honey. It shoves its face into each flower like a human devours a slice of pizza after a night out, clutching with desperation onto the crust before buzzing off to bed.
2. Baby’s first book crawl! While on vacation, my winter-pale-ass toured three different Indianapolis book stores in one day! Tomorrow Bookstore, The Whispering Shelf and Loudmouth Books. I loved to see banned book sections and broad curations of authors. It made me think about our culture of book shopping in a new way.
